Just purchased a North Point 5th wheel toy hauler. We haul a Gold Wing. Having trouble w the auto leveling system. Can not get center jacks down. Computer on unit does not address the 5th wheel leveling system and seems outdated. Any help out there

Welcome to JOF. Wish I could help but we don’t have the 6 point leveling in ours. Hang in there, someone will come along with a suggestion. Assuming it’s new, have you phoned the dealer and person who did the walkthrough with you?

Try manually extending the jacks about 6” then retract all.
After that, try the auto level again. Just make sure to start with the nose above level

The center jacks will only extend if everything else worked ok. They come down last.

If you cannot see the error on the one control monitor try downloading and connecting the app. The keypad in the front compartment will flash red if there is an error.

The most common error is one or more jacks are “out of stroke”.

When you are ready to unhitch lower the front leg extensions down so they leave 4-6” of clearance before you use the system to lower the front jacks and raise the front to unhitch. There must be room for the auto level to come down in the front. Some people have been told to drop them all the way to the ground. This usually doesn’t work.

I believe this is the video that goes over a lot of this:
