why all the "what ifs"? this would be true for a house, bank, RV. If you're worried about all this.... I think you have three options:
1. don't install a security system
2. install "spy" type, hidden cameras
3. hire a security guard

Yes it is a motion detection and you would be notified as soon as they approached your RV with a photo and video captured. If they walked up you would be notified before they even had a chance to climb up and would film them climbing up. Of course you could talk to them while they are doing it through he camera live. I have not heard of many cases where a thief steals the camera that has their mug all in it. Most thieves try to avoid a camera because they know once it captures them it is to late to do anything about it.

Need to install one camera for each side of RV.

Look at a no-contract security system. I have a Fortress system in my home.
https://www.fortresssecuritystore.com/
There are other systems out there so look online for the best deal.

There is an optional app that sends you a notification on your cellphone if someone trips the alarm. If you connect it to their monitoring system through their cellphone service, it becomes expensive. If you have wifi on your RV, you can skip their monthly fee and get the notification on your phone for free. Unless you keep it near an access point, this won't work. Of course, their cellphone based monitoring system requires a cell signal or it won't work. Without connectivity, it just sounds a very loud siren.

Sensors include motion detectors, fire/CO2 alarm, window and door alarms.
A notice that you have cameras in use if you actually don't can expose you to liability problems if someone thinks you have a camera and runs over to your site expecting to have a record of an assault. This sounds odd but it has happened. You can install a camera for short money but a camera won't stop someone and the video may not have enough information to identify the intruder.

How do you use this on an RV? Do you remove them in the morning and before you travel?

The sensors get installed permanently. Window, door, and motion sensors use batteries. The control panel is powered off a USB cord. You can install a 12V USB charging port to power it. The siren uses a 9V adapter that plugs into a wall socket. Maybe they have a 12V to 9V adapter for it. They have a solar powered siren but you'd have to mount it where it would get sunlight. They have newer models of the stuff. They mention RV systems on their website but I could find no specific information about them. Contact them with questions if you are interested.

I expect security camera(system) to be used on road as 360 degree view of moving RV, which will help a lot in driving safety. Can it be done? or already supported?

I have worked in the big city all of my adult life. Everybody wears a hoodie amd face mask, cameras are almost useless. Alarm sirens are so common, nobody pays them any attention. And if they did, they won't get involved. Monitered alarm systems have a response time, criminals have more than enough time to grab electronics and be long gone before anyone arrives. It's a screwed up world we are living in now. All you can do is make your stuff look harder to pilfer than the stuff next to you. But if they want it, they will get it. And please don't leave your garage door remote control in your unlocked vehicle.

As an extremely inexpensive option that I use often at home and while RVing is to turn the radio to a talk radio station and leave it on a very low volume but loud enough that someone can hear it when they are very close. If you keep it low enough a person may think people are inside talking or if they catch it is the radio they may think someone is inside listening to it. When you are in your RV though, I like the tool and similar tools as TWP723 mentioned, however like any tool, you need to know how and when to use it properly.
