Too hot to handle

I have a 2019 precept 36U - my problems are the engine cover gets so hot you could cook eggs on it and is very dangerous also the dash board in the center over the dog house jumps up and down when under way - very annoying. Dealer said this is normal - I disagree - anyone else with these problems if so how did you take care of them

There is a recall on my 2021 31ul engine cover insulation. Yours should be included-
You should check the wiring near the exhaust manifolds & plastic baggage compartments.


Mine has been at the Dealer since December. It took Jayco engineering five weeks to determine how to correct the issues (several). Jayco engineering still hasn't told the dealer how to fix the melted baggage compartment.


Jayco did not put any heat shields in the engine bay, at least early 2020
