Vacuum plug or attachment missing

Well, another discovery from my trip to the mechanic. 2016 Alante Triton V10, it appears that he left some vacuum attachment off. In the photo you can see the open tube on the air intake manifolds just ahead of the Union with the intake manifold, and a still shiny brass connection point. Does anyone know what is supposed to be here? The vacuum tube is 5/8” or 16mm.
