Friend of mine coated his F-350 w/ bed-liner. Did a lot of off-road hunting, also had a diamond plate bed cover. To keep the bears out of the food. I asked how much weight it added, he did't know but commented that t he ride was REAL Quiet.

I thought of heavy gauge, Very expensive and hard to work with..Also might be overkill...I have pics in an album click on my name...

STEVENCINA... Looks great! How did you attach it and what did you do to seal it? Any chance of water getting between the aluminum and the fiberglass and sitting there? Or vibration causing the two to rub?
