Battery Help

So I bought a 2006 Feather Lite which is def a fixer upper. I have to replace some flooring from soft spots and the awning, which I knew before I looked at it. I got it for a steal and know I took a chance on it. The thing that made me most nervous was the fact that the 7 way plug was missing. I’ll admit I felt a lot of relief when I put a new plug on and the lights and brakes worked. My problem is that it looks like the battery melted the wires which is why the plug was missing because I did find some charred areas. I only have the 7 wires hooked up for the lights but apparently some wires from the battery also tie into it to charge from the tow vehicle? There are a few there an I’m just not sure how they are supposed to be hooked up

A few pictures might help others help you, and an email to Jayco support might get you a useful schematic/wiring diagram or two.
