Who's using a moisture meter ?

And, are they accurate enough to detect a leak by a window or by a corner seal etc etc..... I am considering a pinless since I dont want to poke hole everywhere in the new trailer. Since the trailer is new I would like to create a database of reading to see if I can detect at a later date a problem before its too late . Im looking at the

My TT doesn't have much wood, its aluminum and foam, meter won't do much good. It may be hard to get a good reading through a wall, most pin type and pinless meters that are accurate are very expensive and have to come in direct contact with wood, etc to get a reading
