Good Read on generators and bonding Neutral/Ground

The topic of bonding the neutral and ground when using generators seems to get a lot of questions and misunderstanding.
Here is a very good explanation of why some generators need the "Emerson" bonding plug, especially when using an electrical management system surge protector.

Excellent info!

I don't have a problem with my Ryobi but my son does. He has 2 connected together and apparently when he tries to remote shutdown, which is my favorite feature of the Ryobi, a problem seems to occur with the transfer switch. I think it starts chattering. We replaced the switch but that didn't help.

He said an error occurs and the generators will not shut off and he has to go out and manually shut them off. Fixing the floating ground may just solve this problem.
