79*F whats your ambient outside temp?
Is the fridge actual running?

Do You have any yellow dust in the back of fridge where the cooling tubes are? Thinking the actual cooling unit may have a leak. Dangerous if you have the yellow dust. Could cause a fire easily.
What number do you have it set for? Higher number doesnt mean colder temp necessarily. Try 4 running overnight. Put some ice in freezer and put water in the ice cube trays. See if it makes ice in them overnight. Put a couple of frozen freezer paks in fridge to see if that helps drop temp overnight.
Have you powered fridge off on the inside fridge panel, then left for a few hours and powered back on
Running on propane or 120 volt?
Do you have a full propane tank? Is the valve open? Remember open slowly on the new tanks
Whats the voltage on the batteries? Do you have 12 volts DC on the controller board?
This sounds like the cooling unit is not working. Do the fans actually cycle on and off?
