The Ford 6.7L PSD has run the CP4 since it's inception. Most failures occur when water is introduced into the system via the fuel and rust forms in the internals of the pump. When I had my 6.7L, I ran PowerService grey bottle in every tank because it just made me feel better and it didn't cost much.

Then they moved to the new denso system... in 2017 IIRC or 16 not sure which..
