Opinion Maxxis M8008 or Goodyear Endurance

I replaced the OEM Rainiers with the GY Endurance in March of this year and have about 18,000 miles on them. They ride much better than the OEMs.
Less side wall flex and only needed to add air when the ambient temps started dropping. Still quite a bit of life left in them tread-wise. I've never run the Maxxis, so can't compare them directly. I'm very pleased with the Endurance.

Any update on this? I have the Maxxis now and just had a blowout - I think 10000 miles. I see the GY have the higher speed rating and discount tire will have to order Maxxis if I want to go that route but have the GY in stock. I live outside of Phoenix, AZ so I need something that can handle heat while moving as well as just sitting and baking most of the year. I am leaning toward the GY.
