I still find getting the sofa up to access the storage underneath tricky, and commonly need another pair of hands since it's too long for my wingspan.
Accessing that storage from the outside kinda stinks because that door is so small.
What are folks doing about this? Is there a way to add a strap in the middle of the sofa to make it easier to pull it up to be able to get things in there?
We currently don't utilize that storage space that much since it's a pain for us right now.
I wrapped a piece of foam around the end of a piece of PVC pipe. I lift the sofa seat and prop it open with the pipe between it and the floor. Holds it open at just about full extension which lets me use both hands to place or remove whatever I want from under there.

Good tips, thanks. But, how are you all getting it open to begin with? I usually do one side and my wife does the other and it's quirky. Maybe it's not broken in since we barely open it? Is there an easier way to just grab it from the middle and open it?
You are welcome jbagnall. I find the couch access frustrating too. Here's a link to another discussion - it appears that earlier models have a kick panel that opens. (first attempt at posting a link. I hope it works. https://www.jaycoowners.com/forums/f...19h-57460.html
We're new to new trailers - just said goodbye to our 45+ year old popup Dutchman in favour of a brand new 2019 Jayco x19h, and I want to say thanks for the video - I went to the Keystone YouTube channel and it's terrific!
I'm sure I'll be wandering around this forum for more advice in the coming days and weeks!
