2014 Flight 26BH Roof

Is the roof on my "new to me" 2014 Flight strong enough for a 230lb. 6 ft. man to get on to put a Maxxair vent cover over the bathroom vent?
Thanks, Mike

It should be if there has been no roof leakage reducing it's strength.

At RV shows they sometimes have multiple people up there.

That being said, be responsible by climbing on slowly, possibly hands and knees until you feel secure. I weight 160 and have never had a problem. But I still always walk slowly while working on or cleaning the roof. After all, it is 9 feet down to the pavement!

You can search and find many posts on "can I walk on my roof"

I would worry more about the ladder supporting me than the roof.
Here is what BigJohnD and I did with out ladders.

Ditto RogerR and I don't go up at all if it's a windy day. One unexpected gust of wind and your life could be ruined.

I weigh 220 and I walked the roof on our old 26BH a few times a year.

Well I'm 215 and I've been on my trailer roofs many times. Just take it slow and easy. Inspect all seals and the roof while you are up there and take a tube of Dicor with you. My last inspection I found a small tear in my roof that would have led to big problems if undiscovered. I patched it with Eternabond.
