No hot water

So I replaced the pressure valve. That was easy. Hooked my camper up the water open the faucets to let the air out. Let the water heater fill up with water. Then turn the toggle switch to on, the light came on to light the pilot and then went off. The water heater lit. I waited an hour to check for hot water, I had warm water after about five seconds of running and then I had five seconds of warm water and then straight cold again. I’ve done this multiple times three or four times and it is the same result. Now when I go to turn the toggle switch on I can’t get the light to come on at all. Not sure what to do. Thanks. I have checked the fuses. I’m attaching 2 pics of the inside valve setup and one of the outside.

Check to make sure the 3 valves in the bottom picture are actually moving the stem of the valve. Its possible the handle has turned but not opened or closed a valve. They are set in the correct position, just make sure they are operational.
