Repairing light fixture

Has anyone ever had a light go out in the Wooden Arch at the ceiling? It is part of the upper accents and one side of ours burned out. We removed one the LEDs below to see if we could see what light was burned out and you can see a 3" fixture on the ceiling but no way to access it.

I called Jayco and they were no help as we are still under warranty nor would they give me an electrical diagram...so I am hoping that someone has had to fix these lights and tell me how to get to them without tearing up the Arch....ThanksClick image for larger version

The covers twist off and they are screwed to the ceiling. When you say you "called Jayco" did you call your dealer or the factory?

I called Jayco and they were no help and yes you can unscrew the lower light and remove it but that light is not the problem its the one inside the arch, it is mounted to the ceiling and its the smaller light a 3" led, the problem is when you remove the lower light there is only a 2.5" hole that you can look through to see where the light is mounted but no way to access it.....very frustrating!
