Exclamation Unusual Tire wear and Brake Problem

I've had my TT a little over three years now and have a couple of issues I need input on.

FIRST: The right rear tire continues to wear unevenly, outside tread.
I've had this looked at by the dealer and they said the bushings were worn out. Replaced them and it is still wearing. Axial doesn't appear to be bent as they said they checked it. Any input as to the possible cause would be appreciated on this. Trailer has ~ 25000 miles on it and I had to replace this one tire about 10000 miles ago. Other tires are wearing normally.

SECOND: The right rear brake locks up during mild-moderate braking. Dealer said I needed the bearings re-packed. Performed and yet it still is locking up. I requested they check the current going to the brake and it is supposedly normal.

Any ideas or anyone experiencing similar issues?
Thanks

Bill

On my 2011 Jayco I had a similar problem with the brakes. One wheel would lock up during slow speed braking. Dealer found a faulty brake drum. The drum machined surface was not centered with the bearing machined surface so the brakes would contact the drum more in one place than the others. Replacing the drum fixed the problem. They tried to turn the drum on a brake lathe but it would have been way out of spec by the time they got everything true.

If your dealer and or service tech thought repacking the bearings would cure the braking problem I’d suggest having it looked at by someone else.
