A little more information would be helpful: 30 or 50 amp service, type of thermostat, Class of RV?

Have you check the 120 volt circuit breaker for the AC on the power panel? If the microwave is working that shows you at least have 120 volts at the pedestal.

Fuses are only used in the 12volt DC circuits, not 120vac. The thermostat does operate on 12volts DC…does your furnace work? If so, then it’s probably not a thermostat issue. Look for a 20 amp circuit breaker in the panel that maybe tripped…the one for the AC should be labeled. Try resetting it anyway by turning if off, then on again. Double check that you have AC selected on the thermostat and the fan switch is set to Auto.

If the microwave is working then you're right - you've got power. When this happens, people usually suspect the thermostat is borked. Since the thermostat is nothing more than an on/off switch, there are threads here that'll walk you thru testing it.

I think some thermostats also have a fuse inside them.

Do a forum search for Thermostat and see if you find some tips on debugging.
Good luck!
