Anyone have their Glass stove top Explode in their Jayco or Entegra RV ?

Has anyone’s glass cover on their stove top in their RV ever exploded ??
We have a 2020 Entegra Odyssey 29v. 3rd trip out. Furion stove/oven.
We had a small pot of water simmering on the back burner and oven was
400°. Shut off the stove burner and the glass top that was open all the way, just exploded everywhere. No one got hurt but there was glass everywhere and we were pretty shocked when it happened and got quite the scare.

I know of at least one member whose glass cover shattered, but it wasn't from the heat of the unit. I believe it broke in transit.
