CHIP in overhang of class C

DH tells me there is a big a.s chip in the fiber glass of our 2019 Class C. Should we worry about this? Will it spread? can we fix this?

Same happened to my 2018 Greyhawk. I had to chip it to get it to the size of a quarter. I used a hard automotive epoxy that i shaped and put in and flatten it out and it has sealed the hole without any additional issues. It sucks but rocks will sometimes hit the top. I might eventually have it sanded and painted but for now I only know it's there.
