We have a 2021 Jayco Redhawk C Class and the electronic Murphy bed tonight decided not to go down. We’ve turned the key in the on position, pushed the down arrow and nothing. Of course it’s been working all month we just got it. Any ideas how to fix??
Did you fix your problem? Had the same problem. Turns out slide out wasn’t all the way out. Once I brought it in and put it back all the way out the Murphy bed was able to come down.
Yes I did. If the slide out is not all the way out, the bed won’t go down. Looks like we had an extra inch to go on the slide out. really a bit embarrassing but we laughed afterwards.
