Motorized awning front widow issue

Hi everyone,
Love this site and need to see if anyone has had an issue with their front window awning not working properly. The awning rolled up but will not roll down. There is not any noise from the motor when you push the button to go down but bumps the motor when you push the up button. I tried to pull on the shade when DW pushed the button but it will not budge.

I am not certain what awning you are referring to. Can you give us the make, model and year of your RV?

I wonder if he has a Greyhawk Prestige … do the front cap windows have motorized shades?

The MR is the Greyhawk 29mvp prestige 2018 with the motorized front window awning.

Mine acted up a few times.. after a few bumpy road.

Then after a few more...it's working fine again....

So, I'm not much help...lol
