Problem with Equalizer Auto Level

My 2016 MV 29 Greyhawk has an equalizer Systems Auto-level. The last two times I used the auto level the jack under the front driver’s side failed to “plant”. Has anyone else experienced this malfunction? Any suggestions about how to troubleshoot this problem? The Jack in question did not move at all as far as I can tell. The three others moved and worked as before. Thanks for any advice.

Can you manually move it? My Seneca had a blown fuse in the leveling box. If you can find it, you have to take down to get to the top and remove to get to the fuse. Mini automotive fuses. Factory service said to replace 7.5 with 10 amps. ??? If it works manually, it ma be getting level with only 3 jacks. My Seneca does that some times.

If you can level it manually do so, then reset the null manually leveling the unit, turn the control panel off. Press and hold the auto level button and while holding auto button turn on the power button, you should hear a series of beeps.

Retract and test to see if the corrected the issue.

if they operate manually then i would think it needs to be reset.

When you say failed to plant...do you mean it went down but didn't level or it never tried to even go down?

Like others have said it's probably the auto function needs reset. Try to manually lower the jack in question. If that works then its the auto function. If that doesn't move the jack either then something is restricting the pressure from the pump.

We have the same system on our Redhawk and I've noticed the same thing a couple of times where the front driver side doesn't touch the ground. I've retracted all and hit auto level again and it worked both times. I've never reset the level position before but need to do that some time.
