Recommended travel Grill

Hello

I have a 2019 30x GH. and need your recommendations on a gas grill that will fit in that right rear compartment.I want a model that has its own legs. I choose the Coleman TX200 but measurements tell me will not fit. If I open the box the try fitment I cant return it. What model or brand have you been able to get in that compartment? And does that grill come with attachment to hook into the RV propane supply tank? Thanks in advance.

I chose the Weber Q 2000. I also wanted it to fit in a compartment that the old BBQ went in, but alas I had to make room in my larger compartment for the Weber. I also added the quick connect kit so I could connect to the RV propane source. After going through 2 of the Rv supplied bbq I turned to a better quality one. I have had this for 3 years now and love it. I have a Greyhawk 32FS.

Hi,

We use Coleman Road Trip LXE and got the fitting for it on Amazon. This grill fits our 24B compartment with room to spare.

Appreciate the info. I'm wanting a grill with fold up legs so I'm not needing table to set it on. Im very happy with storage compartment set up on outside. Bins arent large enough

We had the Coleman Roadtrip 255 and it served us well for many years. We also saw a lot of them being used by other campers. We eventually gave it to my daughter and my wife wanted something a little smaller (it's just the two of us) so she got a Weber Q2000 that she's very happy with. I don't cook, I only carry so smaller/lighter is better for me.

I use a Nexgrill, it works great. You’ll have to check for fitment...

Skip the grill and go with a Blackstone. We have the 17”. It’s small enough to be easy to store but big enough for me to cook for a family of four. My wife got me a collapsible table from REI that’s also easy to store.

Just noticed there is an optional pop up leg set up for it. Ive had great luck with weber products. I may jump on that unit. Do you know if that unit can be hooked up to on board propane hose hook up?

Yes, I have mine connected to my onboard propane.
You will need to purchase the adapter kit to connect to the on board propane.

Bucking the trend, I've grown fond of my Hamilton Beech 3-in-1 Grill. It's an electric grill that has two reversible grill plates, one side of each is flat, and one side of each has grill lines and slopes down to the middle catch pan. I will usually be plugged into electricity, or will use the on board generator.

I have a Coleman Camp Stove and a Coleman style camp grill if I will be going to places with no electricity or has observable quiet hours.

Take a look at the Weber Q1000. You can get a plate to cook like a Blackstone and have a grill. We purchased the folding leaves for table space on the grill directly from Weber. If you complain while on the phone they usually cut their prices. We have had Weber Q's for almost 20 years. Replacement parts are inexpensive when compared to others. Lastly, we bought a 12' hose to run from the propne tank to the grill

Cheap gas grill from Walmart, on sale now for $17.75. Will last a few years before it rusts out. Then get another. Use propane from RV with a 12' hose and adapter. Fits nicely in a laundry bag. Keeps the storage compartment nice and clean.

Weber 2000 here. I took out the cast iron grills & use a lightweight grille pan from W mart. It cut the weight in half & is much easier to move around. I keep the irons when back home in the yard. Also as a side note, I was pressure washing the cement around the backyard & decided to do the grill. Seconds later it was as clean as new, Just do it on the grass.
