When an oldtimer at the truck tire outlet used the word "simulator," I didn't know what he meant.
It's a fancy word for hubcap.
The simulator is held onto the wheel by metal clips that are supposed to hold it tight and secure. But they don't, always. A tire iron or long screwdriver can be used to remove a simulator. One came off as I was driving and rolled along the side of the road.
