I've wondered the same thing and did not find clear instructions about how to use the Nautilus controls.
See this post for all the details. Regarding just winterizing, here is item #6 from that post:

6. Winterize your plumbing lines and fixtures

Handles position "Tank Fill"
Open low point drains, all faucets, remove hot water tank anode, remove refrigerator water filter
Turn handles to 45 degree angles
Air Pressure Hose to Right Inlet (40 PSI max) for a few minutes
Close low point drains, faucets, return hot water tank anode
Handles position to "Winterize" - Set water heater to BYPASS
Hose from Antifreeze into Left Inlet - Turn on Water Pump
Open each plumbing fixture until solution appears then close
Turn off main water pump
Switch small fresh water hose from 5 gallon fresh bottle to Antifreeze
Turn on kitchen water pump
Run drinking water on refrigerator and sink drinking spout until solution appears
Wait one day and confirm ice maker contains solution
Turn off kitchen water pump and remove fresh water hose from Antifreeze

I followed the instructions, but didn't work. Can't figure out how to bypass hot water heater. Already pumped 4 gallons of solution in. Shouldn't be this difficult.

We're 2.5 years in, and EVERYTHING RV is difficult. But we still live to get out there and see the country.

We have the same model and year. First thing you do is make sure all three waste tanks are flushed until they run clear.

Then bypass the water heater using the valves behind the panel under your pantry. Drain the water heater.

Then locate your winterizing valves behind the access panel labeled "low point drains".

Then go to YouTube and look at the many videos to see how to winterize.

It's overwhelming at first, but you will get the hang of it.

Then you'll be on the blogs arguing about whether or not to blow out the lines.

Take it as a challenge, because everything RV is.

Then enjoy!

You should drain the water heater first and then put it in the bypass mode. Your manual should explain how to do this. In our 2017 28.5 the bypass is behind the bottom panel thats behind the door for your pantry. I use a screw in fitting into where the hose goes on the outside for a compressor to hook onto and blow all the water out of my rig. So I dont need any anti freeze. Takes me a half hour to winterize my unit.

Here is link to your owner's manual. See page 133 for Winterizing and page 122 should help with bypass.

I'm sorry my previous post wasn't correct for your camper. Hopefully this is the more helpful.
