2020 Northpoint 310RLS sensors not accurate

We have a 2020 NP, had it for a year. Love it! But, the sensors for the water tanks do not work. Even when it is fully empty the tanks will show 2/3 full. We used the fresh water tank this weekend and after filling it up, got to our campsite and it showed 2/3 full when we know it was full. Out biggest concern if the black tank. . We are still under warranty. Not sure if there is anything that the dealer can do. Anyone else had this issue?

Most times, the sensors have debris on them from the tank and give a false reading. Your tank is most likely empty but something may be hanging on the sensor. There probably isn't anything wrong with the sensors themselves.

Wire could be loose on the FW tank and as TWP723 said all it takes is a small piece of TP to mess up the black tank guage.

I totally understand about the black tank. However we do not put tp in the toilet. I am sure that it has happened once or twice. However the fresh water holding tank and the grey tanks have the same issues. I guess that we will talk to the dealer....We have another year of warranty....

Hmmm.. all it takes is once. But I didn't know about the grey giving a bad reading. And the fresh tank I chalked up to losing water during transit. Strange. I agree, take it to the shop and let them figure it out.
