Has anyone that has this model experienced a soft spot in the floor in front of the couch. Mine is in the shop right now and they have asked Jayco how they want them to fix it. I just wanted to see if anyone has had to deal with this.
I Just took delivery on my 37rlok and there was a soft spot right by the island in the kitchen... Have a warranty order waiting to be approved. The dealer said something about installing and gluing a wedge????
I had similar issue in ours unit but near island. It was something about how no bracing due vents or piping? I had it covered under warranty and they came in from the bottom and added bracing. I havnt picked it up but should be fixed.
