If you have the BMPro then it's a software issue. I don't have that system but others in the forum do. There is an update that should take care of your issue. You can search for it or wait for someone to reply. BTW welcome to the forum.

My 2021 Eagle 319 MLOK did the same thing I downloaded last bmpro software into bmpro tablet and that gives you the option to turn a/c fan on or off while using the heat.

Thank you for the welcome. and for the info. This is our first Jayco that we bought in April and the first couple times we went out I used the heater and the a/c didnt come on. If I remember right I did an update on the bmpro in July but havent used the heater untill now and it kicks the a/c on about 10 minutes after the heater comes on. Its not showing that there is an update available at this time.

When the system is on heat, hit the drop down under the fan symbol and change it from "low" to "off". With it on low, the AC fan comes on when the heat does but not the compressor. I think it is supposed to help move the heat around but we personally find it too much so we keep it off

thank you for the info i will try that. that was what i was kinda thinking because the air wasnt real cold so we were thinking that it was to help circulate the air.
