Curt A16 and MoRRyde rubber cushioned Pinbox

Hello all, just wondering if anyone else has had this setup and noticed abnormal amount of chucking. With the Curt A16 being mounted on rubber the ride is really smooth but there are times when the combination of the rubberized pin box and hitch can make a uncomfortable ride. For example we were traveling at 60mph and some young kid underestimated our speed and size decided to make a uturn in front of us.......well I had to blast the brakes and almost come to a complete stop.....could have been real ugly but everything functioned as it should in the brake department. However when you stop that fast with all that rubber things get really interesting. Also I notice a lot of chucking in a headwind.
So I have the opportunity to try a B&W Patriate Hitch, wondering if what I feeling is combination of things or the MoRRyde Pinbox and that’s just the way it is?
Thank you in advance
Steve
