Hello fellow 5th wheelers. The wife and I are prepping for summer along with 120+ deg temps and we decided to build a window awning for the rear window of our camper. We used 1/2" PVC tubing for the frame and 3/4" inch tubing for the extendable arms. Total cost was just over $100. We used command strip hooks to secure the top of the awning to the RV and the support arms, because the wife is a big fan of not screwing anything in to the trailer.
