Electrical diagram
I have been looking everywhere a electrical diagram for my trailer. Does anyone know where I can get one for a 2012 Jayco Eagle 30.5 RLS? I don't even care if I have to buy it.
Thank you

Contact Jayco with your vin and they will provide it if they still have it on file.

I requested using the same process. As I found, call their support number. The tech was emailing me links and PDFs as we spoke. Later I found the diagrams are less than expected. I found fuses behind control panels that are not recorded. Dont expect to see diagrams like you find for autos and trucks.

I emailed Jayco support this morning for the wiring diagram for my 2018 NP 377 and within 3 hours I had a reply with the diagrams attached. Impressed with the turn around.

I do hope that information hasn't already been purged from their system. Several schematics for our 2012 TT were already gone as of May of 2017. We were able to get the electrical and plumbing, but the rest were already purged.

I finally called them today and they did have the diagrams I needed and they sent them to me. I guess the best way is to call them. They had to go onto a older computer to get them, but they was able to get them for me.

While I was replying to your other thread on landing gear, Jayco sent me the diagrams. They had no record of the November request. I request was sent yesterday and they sent the diagrams today. No complaints.

They were very responsive, but 3 of the 5 diagrams are for a different RV. The wiring diagram shows a circuit for a Washer and Dryer. That is not a valid option for the 24.5CKTS model.
I sent an email back to them on the error. if I don't hear back from them on Monday, I will give them a call and clear this up in person.

Yes, I sent a message to motorizedservice@jayco.com which appeared to forward to service@jayco.com and received the same great service. The problem is that they can only send manufacturing diagrams, which are very helpful, but the electrical diagrams are not very useful at all. They basically just show where the outlets are placed. They were unable to provide a comprehensive wiring diagram or a schematic.
If anyone has been able to get a schematic or full wiring diagram, please let me know.
Thanks,
Dave

I was able to get all of the schematics/diagrams from them for our 2022 trailer without issue. Also some collaboration with others on this site I now have a full set including walls etc.. Every time I contacted them I used the support website and never had any issues. Sometimes they did send files for the wrong RV but that was easily corrected by responding to the emails and they quickly followed up.

Thanks for pointer. I hadn't checked the web site for a while. Their support page is actually pseudo-modern now.
I submitted a new request.

We have a 2018 Eagle HT 28.5 rsts. I requested a wiring schematic from Jayco. I received two drawing (attached) but no schematic. I went back to them and received an answer that the drawings were all they had. I wonder how you manufacture a unit without a schematic. If any one has a schematic I'd really appreciate receiving it.

I received the same information and had the very same question. I am wondering if everyone else got the same. OR, do you have to ask for ELECTRICAL DIAGRAMS. Because asking for schematics doesn't work.

When I asked I asked for schematic/diagrams to cover all basis. With that being said I am not sure that they have a specific "schematic" that shows specifically where each wire goes. All I have is ones like the ones you have that share the wire size and for what components etc..
Depending on the construction all wires are in the floor, roof or around interior walls. Unless its a "stick and tin" then they will run in exterior walls as well.
Before doing the solar install on my trailer I was worried but after doing the install I can confidently say it is so much less complex than I thought. They also unfortunately dont appear to have any standard on where exactly wires are run. Definitely dont use wire harnesses or looms etc where or when they should, unless they have to.
One I had the diagrams I was able to easily map out each wire, including ones in cabinets or on the slide etc.
What specifically are you trying to get?
Are you trying to figure out where some wires are etc?

Jayco was quick to respond to my question about the incorrect drawings. They sent me what they had for a 50A load center. They only have generic 30A and 50A load center drawings. The 12V and 120V schematic without wire routing was what they had for the 24.5CKTS.

So, no schematic. Looks like a bunch of work to identify all these wires.
