Fireplace

We have 2018 Pinnacle 36FBTS with the fireplace under tv in den. How does it come out? No visible screws. Don't want to pry on the wooden frame before asking. It works for a short time then cuts off. Error code seems to indicate needs cleaning!
Thanks in advance.

It would help if you could specify the make/model of the fireplace. On most, the glass front panel is removeable by lifting it straight up. Once removed, you can access the mounting screws holding the unit in place.

Well after getting PO'd. I figured out the glass panel would lift up, but the wooden frame all the way around the opening wouldn't let the glass come out. After prying on the frame I realized it was nailed on, inside and out. I pryed one side and the top angled wood off and out it came. Cleaned the fireplace real good but still won't work! Ordered a new one. Now I and everyone else knows how to get it out.
Thanks all!!!

What brand it?

Mine is a Dimplex and there are no nails involved, only discreetly placed screws.
