Hey All,
27sgx 2019 , have had our rig since March 2021, we have to put the DVD in 10-12 times before it will play the movie , in my opinion this DVD player / AM FM Radio is way to complicated , Do I have this player on the wrong settings or is it low quality , any advise would be appreciated, Danno
Sounds like a warranty issue. And yes low quality. You could always use a standard DVD or Blu ray player.

Unfortunately mine will not play blue-ray dvd's.
I either bring an extra blue-ray dvd player to hookup or just buy the cheap dvd's that are not blue-ray.
Yes they are one of the cheapest made in my opinion!

Ya that's what I thought their junk to put it bluntly, and out of warranty, I know they won't play blue ray ,I'm talking plain old school DVD , I have a combo DVD/BLUE RAY player in the cabinet I'll plug er in there is already a HDMI cable hanging down from TV probably from original owner, I should have taken that as a hint when I saw it, and to add more to the list my heater quit working since this is my fifth RV I always pack extra heaters, what's a guy to do LOL ,DANO
