Question Heat Strip/Electric Heat Strip on AC

Would anyone recommend a Coleman Air Conditioner Accessory Electric Heat Kit for the AC ( Heat Strip ) ???? Im thinking on get one for my two ducted AC on my Jayco.- OR - Should i just get an i-heater . What would be best ? Please advice pro/ cons, Personal experience operating such equip. and such . Thanks for the help

The heat strips are not very effective from what I have read. Get a nice electric heater they are cheaper and can be moved to where they are needed.

I think it depends on how much it is. I personally like them and have them in another non jayco. They are called chill-chasers because they are nice to take the edge off when you dont want to be blasted with hot air. It also moves the stale air and freshens things up.

What do they want for them? $$

i just got told that I also need to install new thermostats to have the elctric heat option available

mmmm....for $120 if I could do it myself I personally would do it. Wonder if you have a spare wire running to the thermostat? That could be a deal breaker because of the cost and labor involved in trying to run that.
