Kitchen slide won’t come in

Good evening Fellas,

So my kitchen slide on my ‘17 377 won’t come in. Motor on the TV side of slide is not working. Anyone know the manual procedure? I can’t seem to find the doc for this.

Thanks you!

What rig do you have?
That’s s a Schwintek. There is no manual crank. You can disengage the motors and push the slide in but you’ll need some helpers just for muscle power.

Edit: looks like slim rack system. Just turned daylight here and looked at mine.

First tell us more about the failure. You said TV side not running, so is that the front side motor not running at all? Did the slide start to move and stop?

If nothing is moving or trying to move, then of course the breakers come first. Those are usually the 20 amp auto-resetting on the bottom row on your panel.
After that we find the digital controller and try to override it

That's not a Shwintec, it's a slim rack. The first thing I would do is check the connection where the motor hooks up to the supply source. You can download the Slim Rack manual from the LCI website.

On the top left of your slide is a 12v power connector. The provides power to the motor. Sometimes it gets caught on the slide and unplugs. Check that first. Stand on the sofa and see if you can reach behind the top left corner.

Unfortunately when the slide is fully extended it's almost impossible to reach that connector.

For some reason I thought I could see mine with the slide extended, it was just tucked tight up behind the trim. I will check for sure when I get home.
