My mistake. That is the model number for the microwave! Oven is an FSRI22LA or an FSRD22LA. Sorry about that.

You always have the option of having the dealer fix it under warranty. But I know that's a pain.

Dave, you are absolutely correct and I will probably just resort to that even though, as you stated, it is a pain! Makes it more frustrating since this is a brand new trailer and the most expensive thing I've ever purchased, besides a house!

There is a "pilot flame" control screw on the oven control valve, it may be closed. Kind of hard to explain, but it would be close to the small copper line where it connects to the valve.

Well I know it takes about 10 minutes to get an oven out. So if they are telling you a long long time before they give you your trailer back you could always just have them get you the oven and you install it. Just a thought if your comfortable with it or the wait for service is insane like usual.

Just for grins, give this a try. Take the pilot/oven knob off the stem. Then either push the stem in by hand, or put a small plug of cardboard or foil inside the knob where it goes on the stem, and try to light it. There's been a bit of a problem with them, not pushing the stem in FAR enough to release the propane. The metal it's attached to deflects a bit, before it's in far enough.
It's worth a try or three, and will only take a few minutes to eliminate the possibility of this being the real problem.

Did you ever find a solution?
I have a problem with the same oven in our Pinnacle, I stood there holding the knob in for at least 15 minutes before the pilot lit.
The dealer has looked at mine twice already, but the competency of their techs is questionable.

Chris, our oven problem was finally solved by an RV repair facility and I don't even remember exactly what the issue was except that they had to remove the oven to get to the back of the unit. Good luck! These things are a pain!

Given the number of feet viable propane has to travel to get to the stove, did you light a top burner first? Assuming you did, there's the remote possibility the thermocouple is bad. Did you try the foil or cardboard plug under the knob? Once it finally lit, have you shut it off, let it cool, and tried it again to see if it took as long, or lit quicker?

And this may, or may not be true, but using a long wooden fireplace match seems to work much better for us, versus a butane stick lighter. I'm not sure why, because a flame is still a flame, but it the match has proven to work faster for us. Just throwing a bunch of thoughts out there.

Our stove burners light right away, once I have the patience to light the oven pilot it will continue to work throughout the weekend. If it's been awhile since we have had the trailer out I need to do the wait process again. I have tried using a grill lighter but that doesn't light it any faster and the ignitor is sparking the entire time I'm trying to light it. I will try the knob trick to see if it makes a difference, I'm feeling like there are a potentially a few possible causes/combinations.
Dirt or something in the burner orifice restricting pilot gas flow.
Small leak between the gas solenoid and pilot burner that takes time to refill the line with gas through the pilot orifice.
Pilot gas regulator not set correctly and the pressure is too low.
I have to take it back in again for more cabinet door replacements and will give them one more shot before I start looking myself.

Several months ago I watched a video on lighting the pilot light on a Furrion stove. From what I recall it was stated in the video on initial lighting of the pilot you will need th keep the knob pressed, and the igniter sparking for a looooong time. The first time I think I held it for about 2 minutes. If the propane tanks are turned off between use for an extended period of time it will take that time to bleed the air out of the line, even if the stove burners are turned on. I believe that's a result of the flow rate for the pilot flame is so low. Some might disagree with this sceniro but that has been my experience.

This is EXACTLY how our 377 RLBH Furrion oven works. Stove always works but oven can be finicky the first time on a trip. After that it's fine for the whole trip. Usually giving it 5 minute's of 'rest' after not lighting and it will light right up.

Well it goes against everything I've been told about gas appliances, but my oven lights right away now, the solution was keeping the door closed while trying.
I light one of the top burners first to make sure the gas is purged, then light the oven with the door closed, it lights right away every time now.
I just wanted to put this out there if anyone wants to give it a shot, or maybe that is what you already do?

I have the same issue, lit mine this morning and it takes about 8 minutes of holding the knob in with the ignitor clicking away. I'm thinking it might be the knob itself not allowing gas to go to the pilot itself. Tried holding a flame. That did nothing. The kids hate it because the ignitor makes the the TV flash.
The other problem is the burner goes out within 5 minutes of lighting. Luckily it starts up quickly. Let me know what you come up with.
