Now that the sun came out it looks like the solar panels are charging the battery because it is steadily climbing. Power INVERTER only supplies 120VAC and runs off of 12v batteries.
Power CONVERTER charges 12V batteries.
There are combo units that do both, not sure of your equipment.
So, check your breaker for your converter and verify it is on and it has 120V to charge the 12v battery.
