Question Rear Tire Chatter?

Just checking to see if anyone else experiences this. When my North Point is hooked up to my dually and I make a sharp right or left turn from a dead stop, I feel like there is a chatter coming from the rear wheels. I'm thinking it's because with a dually you're "dragging" either the inside or outside wheel?? Never happens when making a rolling turn or without my 5er hooked up. Thoughts??

Yes, it has an anti-spin rear end differential axle.

Some of those can cause chatter or such. So could be the diff. Never owned or had much time behind the wheel of a dually.

Our 99 F350 had anti-slip and made noise. Ford checked it out & ended up replacing the rear-end. The additional weight of the trailer & pulling out caused it to chatter. Not all of them do it - we just lucked out that ours did, even after the rear-end was replaced.

Mine does it on a sharp turning backup with a load. Limited slip is what I have been told. With the load on the truck there is little play for the tires to "scrub".

Limited slip additive from MoPar is probably in the fluid, add some more. Back in the 70's a 428 Mustang I owned would do the same thing.
