Some regrets going from old to new.
When we were looking, we compared the Grand Design Solitude, Keystone Montana and the Jayco North Point, which we went with. There are many things that we are very happy with in the new NP but a few things that I miss that our previous SOB had. The biggest regret is going from hydraulic slide-outs to Schwintek. I'll always be wondering when it will fail. I'm quite happy with the 6 point electric leveling since the SOB had the manually operated electric front landing gear and scissor stabilizers at the rear. The NP Ground control 3 has worked perfectly aside from the odd stroke error. Easily remedied. I'm concerned about the E rated Endurance tires but like the 4080 lb capacity. We had the GY G614's on the SOB. I like the upgraded MorRyde shackles and wet bolts standard. Also we had installed the MorRyde X-factor on our SOB and Jayco has the welded C-channel brace between the hangers standard. I have seen one broken brace weld on the forum but hopefully that's not common. We miss not having a place for jackets when we enter the RV. Our SOB had a coat closet. The Thomas Pain recliner controls are very frustrating. If I had a nickel for every time I accidentally touched a control button, I'd be rich. The old SOB had a hand lever to raise the leg rest. Never a problem.
Anyone else have some regrets going from old to new?

I don’t plan on making a change but my biggest worry would be the Schwintek slide. I have the Lippert system now and I still cross my fingers every time I hit the switch, I’m on my second motor.

My SOB had hydraulic slides as well. Never had a problem in 6 years.
I’m on my second complete Schwintek mechanism...2nd motor..2nd controller.
All separate incidents.

Jayco has recently gone to hydraulic leveling on NP and Pinnacles mainly due to the heavier fivers having problems. They're resisting the change over to hydraulic slides at this point. There are owners that haven't had problems with their Schwintek but I'd like to know the percentage that fail.

The TP recliner controls should have a "lock out" button to prevent accidental "butt dials" so to speak. At least ours do.

Ours doesn't appear to have the lock out button.
Vibrate, heat, lights, leg up, leg down

We've got the lock-out button but the dogs and cats still manage...

We have the same model as a 2019 and have had it since June 2018. We had a 2008 Montana 3485 and actually liked it. However, the manual landing gear (We changed it for a dual motor as the original kept failing.), crank level, manual awnings, etc. got too much for me and we like the auto-level, electric awnings, and control of the slides are great. We like the third propane tank and use it for the grill, as I cannot get under to use the propane outlet in the back. We miss the coat closet, as we kept broom, swiffer, vacuum cleaner, as other long stuff in it as well as coats and canned goods. The biggest beef is that we cannot have slide toppers, because we have a Norcold refrigerator, and because of that there are no backing plates on the slides. About the recliners, we love them. The lockout button works very well and requires a good push to engage/disengage. Hitch height never has worked, but at least got within two inches. Although we have had over forty things wrong, or broken, we are getting happier as the defects are finally down to one or two minors per trip. An example is we're awaiting our third radio. We like the accent LEDs, but are disappointed with the paper covered particle board. Like you we have a fear of the slides and have watched a number of videos to keep the motors in synch. However, when it goes out of warranty, and if things quit breaking, we will have rollers installed, to replaces the skid plates. That should mitigate failures. One thing we discovered is that if you get an extend failure on the lveling system, y'ou can remove the error by "Retract All." Then start over. Our faults can be cleared by the phone control, which I really appreciate.

Is Furrion replacing the radio directly or through the dealer?

Through the dealer, I hope. We're still in the two year warranty, and the dealer ordered it a couple of weeks ago. The last one took five weeks to be delivered.

I'm about 500 miles round trip from a Jayco dealer which means I would have to take it to the dealer for them to say it's junk and another 500 miles back for them to install it. That adds up to approximately $280 in fuel. I probably could buy a first class radio for that amount or call Furrion and beg for one.

Aww man;
Ours are the manual version (we have to push to get the leg pad to come up)

We agree with you. You might try the option of taking it to the dealer, let them pull the radio and ship you the new one. It's easy to pull the top and bottom covers and get to the two screws. Similarly, there is one connector for all the speaker wires, another for the power, and lastly antenna, and HDMI, No big deal.
BTW, why did your trade your 315RLTS?

What is the problem with the radio? They are very complicated the dealer didn’t know how to work it. They ordered me a new one as zone 3 didn’t seem to work. A kid at a campground showed me how to work it . If that is your problem you have to hold zone 3 down until the light flashes then adjust outside volume pause zone 3 again it locks outside speakers at that leavel and u can control zone 1 and 2 for inside while watching tv or radio hope that helps

Zone 1 doesn't work..............It will not pair with ANY device............and it will not pull in more than one or two radio stations even when in the middle of any city.

I plan on contacting Furrion next week and see if they'll feel sympathetic and send me a new one directly.
Yes, we traded our 315 RLTS for our Pinnacle.
