To Trade Or Not………

Here we are ready to go to the Tampa Super Show.

Have a 2021 NP 377 RLBH

The question is what will we have after the show……

Mostly likely the same, but you never know what we will find.

Should be a fun few days with our group.

Hopefully our non RV owning friends find what they are looking for!

Well Day 1 was good.

There is exactly one model that I am interested in.

Ruled out many very quickly.

Looking at the Pinnacle 38FLGS.

Back today to look at more and see what my wife likes.

We went to a show last year and I had zero interest or intentions of trading our 28BHBE but the DW had a hidden agenda. We traded for a 2022 33RBTS. She's thrilled, me well not so much. I guess looking back we have always compromised. My wife wanted a cat, I didn't so we compromised and got a cat. My wife wanted 4 kids I wanted 2 so we compromised and we have 4 kids.

Funny how that works! I can go on and on...

Tomorrow DW and I will celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. I have learned to pick my battles very carefully and not to often. Happy Wife/Happy Life.

Lol, me too.

Well looks like we are staying with what we have.

I really liked the 38 FLGS, my wife didn’t like the funky kitchen table nearly as much as I did.

At the end of the day we are staying with our 377 RLBH.

Just no real reason to upgrade / spend significantly more money to get basically the same unit. While we add a 1/2, we would lose the bunk house.

Really liked the Riverstone Legacy Package too, but that’s even more money.

The show was great. Both us and our friends traveling with us went in possibly looking, but decided our current rigs are really nice and we would not have any more fun camping if we upgraded.

On another note, got to see the new 24 GMC Denali Ultimate. Wow, is all I can say.

It will be 30 years for us this May. 10 years ago I promised my DW a trip to Italy when we hit 30. I began the planning phase and she said she would rather just do a camping trip someplace we haven't been to. Just when I thought I had her all figured out she throws me a curve ball...

Used RV prices have tanked in recent months. Tough to justify that loss and swallow the huge MSRP increases that have occurred over the last couple years.

You are a lucky guy. My wife throws curve-balls daily for 26 years. A genuine Whitey Ford.

Not to brag, but S.W.M.B.O.* and I had our 50 year anniversary last November.

Cool as this age to be a grandpa! What's difficult is being married to a grandma!
