Not sure about 2007. but on our 2006, the steps switch, dc current came from the chassis to activate secondary solenoid, which sends current from coach batteries to the steps, leveling jacks, and connects backup dead battery emergency connect , on dashboard. The emergency brake, 14 gauge blue, runs all the way to hydraulic pump to activate leveling jacks. The yellow, from stair switch, runs to the secondary solenoid.
