It should support both, there are dip switches that get changed to change providers.
Here's the manual:

Like Grumpy said, the dome supports both Dish and Direct and the are set for Direct from the factory, the manual shows you how the DIP switches under the dome need to be set to change to Dish. I have seen the box called many things but it is a HDMI selector box and it should have a remote like the one in the pic. There was one sheet in our manuals that showed the unit but it just showed the ports and how to hook it up, nothing about the use. From the factory the box was connected incorrectly and the rear tv and outside tv were reversed but it was a quick fix. I have never even used the remote and probably never will

T-4 comes in both black & white, internally exactly the same.
RT2000T / RTT-20W / RTT-ODW (white dome)
RT2035T / RTT-20B / RTT-ODB (black dome)

Make sure you go with Dish, Directv doesn't work in the northern region of Canada or Alaska

If you don't already have DirecTV... I'd also go with Dish. AT&T has KILLED any fond feelings I had for DirecTV due to their total mismanagement of technology and service, both... and we've loved them since 1997.

Dish TV and change the dip switches and good to go. Also the wally boxes have bluetooth remotes so you dont have to point to get it to change channels. Makes it easier to hook up to router box for the 3 TVs and you dont have to have the box in the room.

As a 20+ year DirecTV customer, I too will tell you the better choice for an RV is Dish since ATT came along, especially if your using a domed dish.
HD service, locals on demand, pay as you go are all things that DirecTV cannot or no longer offers with a domed dish. The ONLY reason I keep DirecTV in my RV is that we have it at home and the days (not years, months or even weeks) for that being the case are quickly counting down.
I have already suspended my DirecTV account while full timing an alternative and I expect to cancel outright within the next few days.

I have a 2019 Seneca and have Dish at my home. Made sense to go with Dish in the RV. Purchased 2 Wallys and changed the dip switches on the Winegard as instructed. After about 2 hours on the phone with Dish, both worked as expected...in the driveway. Now, though, while traveling or everytime we repower the system, it’s very temperamental about when / if the unit will find the satellites and download the channel information. At times, you can only get 3-4 channels, others say give the 015A message (Complete Signal loss) or 535 (No data). Have checked all the connections. All good. Have a clear view of the southern sky. Anyone else having these types of issues? Or does anyone have a suggestion for a power up sequence that gets everything talking at the right time?
