Ok, so I returned from overseas and get to working on the rig for upcoming trips. I tap on the Vega Touch Mira app and it tells me there is an update and would I like to install it...stupid me just says "sure!" and now I don't see my second black or grey tank and some other gauges are not indicating anymore either...went to uninstall app but no luck still has the same issue. Anyone else have this problem after updating? The actual touchscreen in rig shows everything like before but my phone app is the one not working correctly. TIA!

I don't have the same software however I suggest you try these steps:
1. uninstall and install again:
a) apple...https://apps.apple.com/us/app/vegato...a/id1213875564
b) android...https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...m.firefly.mira
2. If that doesn't fix it, contact their support team: https://www.fireflyint.com/support.html

I had to delete the app, then reinstall and reconnect. Inside the app in settings performed system update I think it was called. All my stuff is working now.

So deleting the app/reinstall/reconnect didn't work for me, still can't see all 4 of my tanks... Grrrrrrrr.....

Yeah I attempted unistall/install with no luck either...I haven't had the time to call the customer service number yet.

I dont have this system but many have said you just have to reboot the system and they have done it by turning off the main power switch by the entry door for a few minutes and then turning it back on to restart the system. Remember to not hold the main switch, just tap it for off and on so you dont burn up the relay.
