Our water pump runs when the switch is off. After draining our fresh water tanks I noticed our pump was running. The power switch was off. I had to disconnect the power wire at the pump. It's been to the dealer a couple if times and now that the warranty is expired I may need to work on this myself. I have disconnected the switch at the control panel and the pump still runs. I have installed a switch at the pump so I can turn it off when the tanks are emptied. Has anyone had an issue like this or have any idea where I can start looking to fix this?

Any chance you have a second pump switch, maybe in the bathroom? Any switches that you're not sure what they do?

Sounds like to me you have a master switch somewhere that is on.

I had the water pump switch turn on without realizing it once in the outside shower box. It turned on when I was storing the spray head and hose in it and latching the door, I would check there as well. ~CA

As far as I know there is only one switch at the main control panel. I will see if I can find one near the outside shower could be a possibility. We are planning on using it soon. Thanks for the suggestions.

My 26.5RLDS has a second switch outside on the water panel. It is a three way switch. I would bet that one is on.
