2017 Jayco North Point RDFS- Converter Issue

I have had two sets of batteries that have failed from overheating. When connected to shore power I believe the converter is continuing to provide charge to the battery after the battery is fully charged. I have removed several panels in the main storage compartment but can not find the location of the converter to check or replace it. Does anyone know where the converter is located?

It’s located in the load center, or breaker/fuse panel box. See page 96 in the manual. I’ve never removed it or looked behind there in our 2017 377RLBH.
