2020 Eagle HT 28.5 RSTS roof issues

I have an issue with my roof. i am attaching some pics and need to know if this is a structural issue or is this due to normal flex of RV due to road travel. This is at a seam where roof angle changes slightly

We had that on ours. In our case, the plywood became loose and lifted, which pulled the plastic up like that. Ours was like that at 2 or 3 seams.
We happened to have the trailer at the factory getting something else fixed, and I asked them to look at it.
At first they said they would just "live with it". I told them that didn't sound right.
About a half hour later they agreed to replace the entire roof- repairing the decking, all new plastic, and everything new that went through the roof- vents, skylight, antenna, etc.

We had to make an appointment and bring it back to the factory at a later date. They did a nice job.

I have those on my 2011 also. The staples back out from road flex and then the plywood raises up enough to make you worry. I have repaired mine several times over the years as my roof has several angle changes. I made a small cut and pulled the staple out and replaced it with a wood screw, then patched the slit.

No leaks but it takes constant attention.
