How can I tell how many BTUs my roof AC is? All I see is "Coleman Mach".

For your sized trailer it's usually a 13500 BTU Coleman. Good to verify this anyway.

You may be able to see a data plate / sticker through the vent in the AC cover on the roof. If not you will have to remove the 4 bolts and remove the shroud on the roof to confirm.
