accessing fresh water drain valve with Arctic Package

I have a 2016 Whitehawk 28bhks with the Arctic Package installed. As such, the entire underbelly is enclosed by the foil and insulation package.

How do I access the fresh water tank drain valve? Removing/dropping the under belly insulation to get to a valve does not appear to be a realistic option.

To winterize my unit, I ran the water pump until it ran out of water from the tank, but am still concerned about residual water in the tank, the tank-to-waterpump line, and the water pump itself. No one else seems to have the Arctic Package. Help please.

It is usually under the trailer behind one side or the others rear tire. It is a small valve. Mine is mounted on the frame. attached link is what most look like.

On my White Hawk the fresh water drain is on the drivers side a couple feet in front of the tire. It also has the enclosed underbelly. Have to almost go under it to see the drain.

You most likely will have to get on your knees or bend over pretty steep to see the small white plastic drain valve.
Most are just simple one handle turn cock valves and the drain from them is very slow.
(see Amazon link)

Everyone one I have seen is on the drivers side....mine is aft of the rear tires.

There is a white drain tube coming out from under the fresh water tank which I believe is the overflow drain for the fresh water tank. Between it and the rear tires on the drivers side is another drain with a on/off valve that is labeled as the low point drain valve. Is there in fact a separate drain valve for the fresh water tank itself on the tank but is hidden by the underlining? No one seems to know.

The drain(s) on ours is on the passenger side, on the rear frame rail, between the rear steps and the rear tire.

That on/off valve is your fresh water tank drain. Unfortunately they don't label them as "fresh water tank drain". They label them as low point drain. I have 2 "low point drain" stickers on my Eagle on either side of the trailer. One is the fresh water tank drain and the other is the low point drains to drain the plumbing. Hope this helps.

The remaining water in the FWT will be ok if it freezes as there is room for expansion w/o damage, but you should get the majority of the water out of the water lines to prevent damage from cold weather. The blowing out with air will help.
