Asking this for our son who drove his new-to-him Scamp home last night from central IL to WI through driving rain. This morning there are several areas where the rain leaked in. His question is how does he identify the source of a leak in fiberglass camper roof if the dripping is from a metal nut cap in the ceiling? It also appears that some of the windows are leaking.
Sorry about the Scamp post-just trying to help him out.
If it has a Roof A/C check the 4 gasket bolts on the inside, also he roof vent, caulking around the Windows & gutter above the door.
Side note: we're glad you brought this Scamp to out attention.
Scamps still have roof penetrations. He can search for advice here: https://www.scampowners.com/forum
The best being get a ladder and inspect for sealant issues.
