Cleaning water tank

If I use bleach to clean out my 15 gallon water reserve tank, how much bleach should I use?

Follow up with a tank of water with baking soda to neutralize the odor and taste.

premix the bleach first, dont dump straight bleach into the tank. I have a 5 gallon jerry can i use for water only, so i premix the leach in there so that gets a cleaning as well when I sanitize.
